Terms & Conditions

  • This call is open to is open to all artists living in United States.
  • All submitted work must be original and completed within the past three years.
  • Only artwork consisting of at least 50% paper is eligible.
  • Dimensions must not exceed 60 inches in any direction.
  • Each artist is welcome to submit up to 2 entries.
  • Artwork must be wired and framed (if media applicable) and ready to hang (no saw-tooth hangers), or come with hanging directions.
  • Work will be judged on quality, originality, concept, design and technique.
  • All work must be original and created by the entering artist.
  • Entry fee is $24 for Members of the Morgan Conservatory, $30 for non-members. Entry fees are non-refundable and allow the applicant to submit up to two works. No Refunds. Payment of entry fee does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Entry deadline is February 12, 2021 11:59pm
  • All contact information must be completed in order for your application to be reviewed.
  • Please submit your title and medium exactly as you'd like it displayed on the art label.
  • Artist agrees to work being displayed throughout exhibition dates.
  • The Morgan Conservatory shall have the right to show and use the items exhibited, for the purpose of sale to its customers, unless pieces are marked NFS (not for sale) by the artist.
  • Deliver your art and entry paperwork in person Tuesday through Saturday 10am-4pm
  • If you are shipping your art, please include a pre-paid return shipping label or mail one before the last week of the exhibit.
  • Deliver your art to Attn: Juried Exhibition, Morgan Conservatory, 1754 E 47th St, Cleveland OH 44103
  • Each piece must be clearly labeled.
  • Artist shall be responsible for costs of delivery and insurance of the exhibited works during transport to and from the Morgan.
  • Every precaution is taken in handling piece(s) during installation and the exhibition.
  • Art may not be removed earlier than May 22, 2021 at 4pm.
  • If the artist knows there will be a conflict which prohibits pick-up or return shipping of artwork, the artist must make arrangements  with the gallery coordinator.
  • The gallery will retain 30% commission on all artwork sales. In the event of a sale, the artist will be notified at the closing of the exhibit and mailed a check for 70% of the sale.
  • Artwork that is Not For Sale must have an insurance value.
  • Artist will be paid within thirty (30) days of the exhibition’s closing date.
